The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Drew O'Connor from the taxi squad, it was announced today by interim general manager Patrik Allvin. Defenseman Mike Matheson has been activated off of injured reserve. Penguins defenseman John Marino has been removed from the NHL's list of COVID Protocol Related Absences. |

With the rescheduling, Pens go from 6 to 8 sets of back-to-back games and now have 15 GP in span of 28 days in March and 16 GP in span of 29 days in April. |

Pierre LeBrun on Insider Trading reports the NHL is working on changing the format of the draft lottery, perhaps to augment (or increase) the chances of bottom teams to get the 1st overall pick. |

За тенденции по всей лиге говорить не буду, но мы проигрывали по одному и тому же сценарию - Нас затягивали в позиционные атаки, в которых мы кружили с шайбой без опасных бросков, пока не потеряем. А нам в ответ забивали в транзишене - как самом эффективном типе нападения, в котором скорость как раз и важна Мы в тактике проигрывали, а не в комплектовании |
