Ideally, if you are a new member you should use this forum to introduce yourself. Tell us about you, where are you from, how old are you, which team do you support, how did you find out about CIFN, about your job/school. 3 minutes and you will be given access to the tracker, not too much to ask for
If you have an old Diwana account, it will work on 5mins. Don't request for another one! Old means, registered with Diwana before the 25th of January 2007.
You will request invites in private, contact one of the following staff members either here or on IRC and name your PM "invite request".

And when we say one, it means one. You might have to wait a little bit, we do have a life outside the internet as well after all. You can check the "who's online" list at the bottom to see if and which of those members are currently online. This doesn't mean they are currently active, but have been during the last hour so your chances to get your invite quicker increase.
If you abuse this rule by requesting invites despite not fulfilling the requirements you risk your account being banned.
Please remember that if you don't keep a PROPER RATIO you WILL GET BANNED FROM 5mins! Share or face the consequences.
